If it doesn't have to be 5 specifically, I'd actually recommend OReilly's
"PHP Cookbook," co-authored by Mr. Sklar (with Adam Trachtenberg). WAY better
than "Programming PHP" IMHO. Tons of real-world, practical examples with code and
cogent, concise analysis. That's how I learned!
