Thanks all, those are great leads.  Unfortunately the ISP is pretty 
dated with Win NT and IIS 4.0.  I tried one solution using CDONTS and 
came up with errors that I believe are indicating that it is not 
enabled.  Ugh, I will never take a project like this again.
